摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了贵州不同产地的4种药材及栽培土壤的铅砷汞含量.为了使分析结果具有可比较性和可利用性,用桃叶及土壤标样验证了方法的可靠性.检测结果表明:药材的砷汞含量与种植环境有密切关系.
lead, Aisenic and Mercury Contained in four kinds of Chinese traditional medicine cultivated in different area of Guizhou Province were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Pcach leaves and soil were used as a standard so as to obtain comparable and utilizable results of the analysis of trace elements contained in Chinese drugs. The results showed that the Arsenic and Mercury contained in Chinese drugs were close related to the plant area.
