摘要
采用火焰原子吸收方法对4个产区厚朴(浙江、四川、湖南湘西和道县)中的镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)含量进行了测定和分析。测定结果为:铜的平均回收率为96.2%,镉的平均回收率为93.1%。测得结果都符合目前国内外对食品及植物制剂等中重金属含量的规定,并以此对制定厚朴质量相关的控制指标提出了镉含量控制标准由原来的≤0.3μg/g提高到<0.2μg/g,铜的含量控制标准不变的建议。
Contents of cadmium and copper in Magnolia officinalis from four production areas, which were Zhejiang, Sichuan, Xiangxi and Daoxian in Hunan respectively, were determined and analyzed by means of flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that average recoveries of cadmium and Copper were 93. 1%, and 96. 2% respectively. The results were accord with the national and international provisions about content of heavy metal in foods and plant preparations, and some advices were put forward about making control objectives of Magnolia officinalis quality based on that.
