FAK在恶性肿瘤中的作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 黏着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)是一种非受体酪氨酸激酶,参与多种信号途径,与细胞生存、细胞周期调控、黏附、迁移侵袭及血管生成等相关[1]。FAK在许多肿瘤组织中表达增强,包括肺癌、鳞状细胞喉癌、侵袭性结肠癌和乳腺癌、卵巢癌、转移性前列腺癌和恶性黑素瘤等,并参与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移。
