摘要 研究乙醇辅助燃烧法制备的纳米Ln2O2S∶Yb,Pr(Ln=Y、La)的上转换发光特性。Ln2O2S∶Yb,Pr纳米上转换发光材料在980nm激光泵浦下,呈现明亮的蓝绿色发光。Y2O2S∶Yb,Pr的发射光谱峰值为514nm,而La2O2S∶Yb,Pr的发射光谱峰值为508nm,属于Pr3+的3P0→3H4跃迁。这是由于Pr3+离子的5d轨道与4f轨道很接近,其f-f跃迁受Pr3+离子周围晶场环境影响很大,其上转换发光光谱在不同基质中有较大不同。 The upconversion luminescence properties of Ln2O2S : Yb, Pr(Ln= Y, La) nanocrystals prepared by ethanol assistant solution combustion method have been investigated. The as-prepared LnzO2S : Yb,Pr nanophosphor exhibit intense blue-green emission under 980nm IR pump in daytime by the naked eyes. Y2O2S : Yb, Pr exhibits maximum emission with peak at 514nm, and La2O2S : Yb, Pr shows the strongest emission at 508nm. It can be attributed to the Pr3+ ions 3Po to 3 H4 allowed electric dipole transition. The proximity of the 5d orbitals to the 4f states of Pr3+ results in a strong dependence of the f-f transitions on the environment in which Pr3+ is embedded. Thus, the upconversion luminescence of Pr3+ ions 3Po to 3 H4 transition shows a strong deoendence of different host lattices.
