摘要
研究了Er3+,Pr3+和Yb3+共掺杂ZBLAN玻璃在960nm激光泵浦下的上转换发光的温度特性.温度变化范围为室温到300℃.结果表明Pr3+离子的发光强度随温度的增加,先增加;达到极大后,随温度的增加下降.Er3+发光强度随温度增加单调下降.
he temperature dependence of upconversion luminescence from Er3+ and Pr3+ in Yb3+ codoped ZBLAN glass pumped by 960 nm laser diode was studied from room temperature to 300 ℃. As increasing temperature, the intensity of upconversion luminescence from Pr3+ increases to the maximum, and then decreases. Increasing temperature, the upconversion luminescence from Er3+ is decreasing.
