摘要
高校辅导员是思想政治教育工作中的一支富有朝气的骨干力量,容易成为大学生的现实参照系。在分析学生群体的多边性、工作方法的科学性与创新性、教育内容的丰富性和前瞻性以及高校辅导员自身素质的综合性等制约因素的基础上,探索出充分发挥高校辅导员积极影响力的规律:关系的定位是前提,爱心是基础,好学和奉献是保障,模范带头是要求,走群众路线是途径,威信是体现。
Young and energetic, student counselors in universities are a backbone force of ideological and political education. Based on an analysis of the affecting factors, such as polygonality of students, scientificness and innovativeness of working methods, variety and perspectiveness of the education content, integrity of their quality, we probe into the laws of bringing into full play the positive influence of student counselors： orientation of relationship is the pre-condition; love is the base; studious ness and devotion ensure success; leading by example and following the mass line are required; it is embodied by authority a- mong students.
