摘要
为能准确地获得新型连续回转电液伺服马达系统的性能参数,建立了系统的灰箱辨识模型,采用灰箱建模理论进行参数辨识,通过matlab辨识工具箱利用液压系统已知的参数来辨识难以求得的参数.该辨识是一种基于系统物理结构和输入输出测量数据的方法,不但利用了系统的先验物理知识,而且考虑了过程噪声所造成的模型不确定性,能够很好地把握实际系统行为的本质.实验结果证明:该方法对于获得准确液压系统性能参数,建立一个准确模型是非常有效的.
In order to obtain performance parameters of a new type continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor accurately, a grey-box identification model of the system was established. The gray-box modeling theory was used to identify parameters, and then unknown parameters were identified based on obtained parameters by using identification toolbox of Matlab. This identification model is based on physical structure of the system and input-output metrical data. It uses previous physics knowledge of the system, and considers the model uncertainty caused by procedure noise, thus it can hold the essential of the actual system. The results of experimental research testify that this method is effective for the achievement of accurate performance parameters of hydraulic system.
