摘要
远程教育制度创新已成为时下我国远程教育发展的关键。本文从远程教育制度创新的涵义与现实意义入手,在全面分析我国远程教育制度供给与建设现状的基础上,对远程教育制度创新的基本内容、重点目标、价值取向、路径选择等方面从宏观上予以论述,初步构建了远程教育制度创新的语意模型。
The constitution innovation has become the key point during the development of the long- distance education in China. This article has analyzed the constitution system and supplement system from the implications and present meaning of the long - distance education. Meanwhile, from that we expound the basic content of innovation, and important goal and value orientation and the way of choice, than construct the model of semantic meaning firstly.
