摘要
在深入了解煤矿设备招标流程的基础上，应用不完全信息静态博弈理论，从技术标和商务标两方面构建了双因素随机变量期权博弈模型，系统分析了各投标方之间的博弈关系，以期在煤矿设备招标采购中起到指导作用。
On the basis of understanding the tendering process of the colliery equipment in depth, using the static game theory with the incomplete information, building the option-game model of two-factor random variable from two aspects of the technical and commercial bid, analyzing the game relationship among the tenderers, with a view to play a guiding role in the open tender about the colliery equipment.
