摘要
目的探讨神经外科清醒患者常见心理问题的影响因素,为临床心理护理提供理论依据。方法前瞻性分析2007年8月至2008年12月收治的神经外科清醒患者150例,采用自制《神经外科清醒患者心理状态调查量表》调查,以性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭劳动力情况、家庭决策地位、家庭经济情况、健康需求是否被满足、社会支持系统、手术情况、住院次数、疾病种类为影响因子;以心理状态焦虑/抑郁状态、恐惧、躯体状况未满足、预感性悲哀和社会退缩为有症状,经统计学分析、筛选出对其心理问题的影响因素。结果性别、文化程度、家庭经济情况、健康需求是否被满足、社会支持系统、手术情况、住院次数、疾病种类等因素不同程度对神经外科清醒患者心理状态有较大影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而年龄、家庭劳动力情况、家庭决策地位等因素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经外科清醒患者绝大部分人群有或轻或重的心理问题,应针对相关影响因素,加强相应心理护理。
Objectives To explore the influenc factors of common psychological problems of conscious patients in the department of neurosurgery in order to offer clinical mental nursing with basic data. Methods One hundend and fifty case of conscious patients admitted from Aug. 2007 to Dec. 2008 were analyzed prospectively by investigating following contents：sex, age,culture degree, work force condition, family descion state, family economy conditions, health demands, social support system, surgery condition, times of admission, type of diseases. Anxiety, depression, fear, body state, sorrow or social retraction were identified as symptoms. The influencing factors were screened by statistical analysis. Results There were statistically significant differences on psychological states in sex,culture degree, family economy conditions, health demands, social support system, surgery condition, times of admission, type of diseases（P〈0.05）. While there were no significant differences in age,work force condition, family descion state（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The most of conscious patients in the department of neurosurgery have less or more psychological problems. Clinical mental nursing should be strengthened in some psychological problems.
