摘要
针对农业纤维物料加工机械和收获机械抛料过程中存在的排料难、负荷大的问题,对叶片式抛送装置的主要工作参数进行了试验研究。在不同转速和不同叶片倾角下,对叶片式抛送装置的气流流场、功耗及抛送距离进行了试验研究。确定最佳的转速范围为:950-1150 r/min,后倾15°叶片消耗的功耗小,后倾3°叶片抛送的距离最远。
Aiming at the problems of chopped straw cutting and loading in the material throwing process of the straw machines, the experiment research of the key working parameters of the material throwing machine is conduct. While different rotational speed and different mounting angle of blade, the air velocity in the blowing pipe, the energy for conveyance of chopped material and the corresponding throw distance were measured and studied. The Experiment Research confirmed that the best rotational speed is 950 - 1150r/min; the smaller power consumption of blades is slant- ed backwards 15°, the furthest throwing distance of blades is slanted backwards 3°.
