发酵韧皮纤维的厌氧细菌菌株筛选及制浆效果 被引量:7

摘要 利用亨氏厌氧技术从沤麻塘底泥等厌氧生境中分离筛选到Clostridium属的N2、Y4、Z2-83株厌氧细菌。研究结果表明,其产酶最适pH为7.0~7.4,最适温度为30℃,最佳碳源为淀粉,最佳氮源为豆饼粉。N2、Y4、Z2-8的果胶酶活分别为913u、973u、927u,半纤维素酶活分别为137u、140u、170u,纤维素酶活分别为0u、3u、0u,产酶高峰时间在72h左右。3个菌株混合发酵红麻皮、构皮等韧皮纤维,5d可成浆。打浆后做手抄片,红麻皮浆手抄片白度为40.5,裂断长为3529m;构皮浆手抄片白度为22.7,裂断长为2998m。 Clostridium isolates were obtained from the anaerobic environment of retting kenaf pool by Hungate anaerobic culturing technique and designated as strains N 2, Y 4, Z 2-8 . The basic cultural conditions for the above strains were tested. It was found that the optimal pH was 7.0~7.4, the optimal carbon source being amylum, the optimal nitrogen source being beancake powder. The retting was accomplished within 5 days. The breaking length of the handsheets made from the hozo white bast fibre was 2998 m, it′s brightness being 22.7. The pectinase activity of N 2, Y 4, Z 2-8 was 931 u, 973 u, 927 u; the hemicellulase activity was 137 u, 140 u, 170 u respectively; the cellulase activity was 0 u, 3 u, 0 u respectively.
