摘要
目的:探讨飞行员患眼科疾病的特殊心理、生理因素,提出预防和控制措施,确保飞行安全及延长飞行时间。方法:随访6a来我院住院患眼病的飞行员20例。结果:20例中4例停飞,10例患眼底病变。结论:飞行员的部分眼疾是可以预防的。
AIM, To investigate the psychophysiological factors of pilots suffering from eye diseases and take the measure in order to keep flight safety and prolong flight time.
METHODS： The pilots with eye diseases were followed up for 6 years.
RESULTS： There was medical grounding in 4 cases and fundus disease in 10 cases of 20.
CONCLUSION; Some eye diseases of pilots may be preventable.
