摘要
课程建设是教学质量的重要保证。本文对网络课程的内涵和要素作深入的探讨,结合网络教育精品课程建设和评审的实践,分析网络教育试点以来的网络课程建设的进展和不足,认为网络课程建设深层次问题是:教学设计的专业化发展,学习支持服务可以弥补学习资源不足,学习资源不能代替学习支持服务。
Course Construction is important to assure instructional quality of online education.The article probes deeply into the connotation and elements of online courses,analyses the advances and defects of online course construction during the online education piloting and elaborates the following views:instructional design should be specialized;supportive service for learners can make up for the lack of learning resources and that resources can not replace the supportive service.
