摘要
采用酸化(A-acidification)-序批式活性污泥法(SBR-sequencing batch reactor)组合工艺处理制药废水。其工艺原理和工程实践表明:厌氧(催化)水解酸化过程使废水可生化性明显提高,SBR处理率有较大增加。处理效果稳定,处理后水质达到GB8978-88新建企业一级排放标准,符合回用的要求。
Acidification combined with sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process can be applied for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. The practical application results showed that the anaerobic phase, in which hydrolysis and acidification happened, could enhance the wastewater biodegradability obviously, which could be explained theoretically according to its technology principal. The treatment efficiency of SBR process has been improved a lot and a steady state can be realized. Meanwhile, the effluent water quality through this technology can meet the first class standard regulated by GB8978-88, and could he used as the recycled water.
