摘要
研究了阳离子SAE(苯乙烯丙烯酸酯)微乳液的合成及应用。研究表明,通过调节合成单体的配比,可以赋予SAE微乳液不同的用途。当SAE微乳液用作文化纸表面施胶剂时,用量为绝干纤维的0.25%~0.40%时即可使纸张油墨吸收性达到47%,表面强度达到3.4m/s,吸水性(Cobb法)达到38g/m2;当SAE微乳液用作瓦楞原纸表面施胶剂时,用量为绝干纤维的0.20%时,瓦楞原纸正反面的吸水性即可达到40g/m2和44g/m2;当SAE微乳液用作AKD乳化剂时,得到的该AKD乳液应用于瓦楞原纸表面施胶时,下机复卷完即可达到施胶要求,熟化速度快,且用量仅为绝干纤维的0.15%,施胶成本低。
The synthesis and application of the new cationic styrene-acrylic easter co-polymer micro-emulsion was studied in lab and in pilot plant. The new SAE micro-emulsion could be used in different purposes through adjusting the ratio of the monomers. When it was used as surface sizing agent of cultural paper and its dosage was 0.25% - 0.40% based on oven dried fiber, the ink adsorption could reach 47% and the Cobb value could be 38 g/m^2. When it was used as the water-resistant surface-sizing agent for fluting medium, the Cobb values of two sides could attain 40 g/m^2 and 44 g/m^2 respectively at the dosage of 0.20% on the oven dried fiber. The SAE micro-emulsion could also be used as the emulsifier of AKD. When the emulsified AKD emulsion was used as surface sizing for fluting medium, the curing time was much shorter and the dosage was lower leading to lower cost.
