摘要
列举了表面施胶剂的种类、功用及特点,阐述了不同类表面施胶剂的施胶机理及影响因素;介绍了一种两性表面施胶剂的合成方法:以自制聚合物为分散剂,苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯等单体为基本原料,不用有机溶剂合成了两性表面施胶剂CSE-818;结果发现该产品有较好的施胶效果,与AKD系以及市售同类产品相比具有较短的熟化期以及优异的稳定性。
The types,characteristics and function of surface sizing agents were enumerated.The function mechanism and influencing factors of various surface sizing agents are elaborated.A synthesis method of a amphoteric surface sizing agent CSE-818 was introduced in this paper.It is synthesized without solvent by using styrene and acrylate as raw materials,a self-made polymer as dispering agent.Compared with commercial AKD and the similar polymeric product,the CSE-818 has excellent sizing performance,short curing time and good stability.
