摘要
对２５例酒中毒所致精神障碍患者与２１例正常人头颅磁共振作比较，结果显示，患者组大脑侧脑室前角、侧脑室体部、三脑室宽径、顶叶脑沟、额叶脑沟比正常组明显增宽。患者组磁共振异常率为３２％。
bjective:To study the abnormality of brain structure in patients with alcohol related mental disorders. Method:The brain MRI of twenty five patients with alcohol related mental disorder with compared with that of 21 matched normal controls. Results:The abnormality rate was 32%.The width of anterior horns and body of lateral ventricles,the clearance of the third ventricles,and fissures of frontal and parietal lobes were significantly larger in the patient group than control.These indices correlated significantly with the drinking time. Discussion:Chronic drinking causes CNS damage,the severity of which is related to the duration of drinking.
