摘要
目的:分析外部性脑积水(EH)的CT表现,提高CT对诊断外部性脑积水重要性的认识。材料与方法:回顾分析48例EH的CT表现,年龄7月~16月(男32例,女16例)。并对48例EH的头部CT片的颅腔横径、前额部蛛网膜下腔、大脑半球间裂、侧裂及各脑池大小进行了测量。并予统计学处理。结果:前额部蛛网膜下腔最大宽径>5mm(占87.5%)、半球间裂>6mm(占62%)、外侧裂>8mm(占75%)、环池>3mm(占74.5)、VT/ST<15%(占62.5)。结论:CT诊断外部性脑积水是一种可靠而准确的方法。
