摘要
目的评价血液光量子疗法对局灶性脑缺血模型梗塞体积的影响。方法Wistar鼠大脑中动脉闭塞后2小时,经静脉注入经紫外线照射并充氧的血液,24小时后处死大鼠,测量梗塞灶体积并做病理学检查。结果实验组梗塞灶体积(241.7±52.8mm3)明显小于对照组(361.3±64.7mm3)(P<0.01)。结论大脑中动脉闭塞后2小时,静脉注入经紫外线照射并充氧的血液能明显缩小梗塞灶体积。
Objective The effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation on the infarct volume was evaluated in the focal cerebral ischemic model. Methods The blood treated with ultraviolet irradiation and oxygenation was injected back into Wistar rats intravenously 2 hours after middle cerebral artery(MCA) occlusion.After twenty four hours the rats were killed and their infarct volumes were measured with pathological examination.Results The infarct volume in the treated group ( 241.7 ± 52.8 mm 3) was smaller than that in the control group ( 361.3 ± 64.7 mm 3) (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion The blood treated with ultraviolet irradiation and oxygenation can significantly reduce the infarct volumes and alleviate the degree of pathologic damages by intravenous injection 2 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion.
