摘要
目的：观察紫外线充氧自血回输（ＵＢＩＯ）加氦氖激光血管内照射（Ｈｅ－ＮｅＩＬＩＢ）联合药物综合治疗（综合治疗组）急性脑梗死疗效。方法：ＵＢＩＯ和ＩＬＩＢ每天各１次，连续１０ｄ为１疗程；综合治疗组为两疗法相加。同是１０ｄ为１疗程。结果：综合治疗组总有效率９６．５％，与单用ＵＢＩＯ或单用ＩＬＩＢ联合药物组疗效比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），均无特殊不良反应。结论：两种疗法联用治疗急性脑梗塞较单用效果好，值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygen (UBIO)combined with intravascular He-Ne lase rirradiation on blood(ILIB)syntheric treatment acute cerebral infarction. Merhods: The dose of UBIO and ILIB were once a day and 10 times were a course of treatment.Results: The total effective rate of synthetic treatment group was 96.5%,that of UBIO group was 80%,and the ILIB group was 72.8%.There was a significant difference (P<0.01)Conclusions: It is suggested that the synthetic treatment is a safe,simple,effective therapy and without adverse reaction for acute cerebral infarcion.This method is worth to spread.
