摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等研究了稀土铈对4.0%C~20.0%Cr过共晶高铬铸铁铸态组织的影响。结果表明:加入适量的稀土铈后初生碳化物得到明显的细化。
The effect of cerium clement on the as-cast microstructure of a hypercutectic high chromium cast iron containing 4.0wt% C-20.0wt% Cr was studied by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry. The results indicate that the primary carbides are refineds and spheroidized with the addition of suitable amount of cerium.
