摘要
研究了含Nb过共晶高铬铸铁的组织和性能。结果表明,在低应力磨料磨损条件下耐磨性随碳化物体积百分比的增加而增加。过共晶高铬铸铁的抗磨损性能比亚共晶的更好。再加入Nb形成高硬度的NbC,能更有效地抵抗磨料磨损,并有细化组织、提高韧性的作用。从而进一步提高铸铁的综合性能。
The microstructure and properties of high-Chromium cast iron containing Nb has been studied. The results show that under low-stress abrasion the abrasion resistance increases with the increase of volume fraction of carbide within the microstructure and the abrasion resistance of hypereutectic cast iron is much better than that of hypoeutectic ones. The additive Nb forms finely dispersed NbC which effectively resists abrasion due to its higher microhardness (HV_(0.1)24000MPa)and increases the toughness due to its microstructural refinement. As a result the comprehensive properties of the cast iron are improved.
