摘要
犬钩蚴加入贯众药液体外35℃培养24 h,虫体大小仅为对照组的1/2,内部结构不清或消失,虫体萎缩,后半部尤为明显,体表呈波浪状凸凹。表明贯众对犬钩蚴的发育有明显的抑制作用。
Culture Hookworm larvae of canine with rhizome cyrtomii fortunei in the hatching box at 35℃ by 24 hours, it can be obviously seen that the stopping size development, whose size is only half of that of the control group, and the unclear internal structure, the polypide as wavilness convex-concave to vary, and the shrinked polypide,especially the latter half of it is obvious. RhizomaCyrtomiiFortunei has obvious restrain effect on hookworm larvae＇s development.
