摘要
目的:了解重庆大学城本科高职护生心理健康状况,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对150名本科高职护生的心理健康进行测试。结果:学生的总均分明显高于全国青年常模,心理障碍发生率为26.5%。结论:大学城本科高职护生存在的心理障碍高于同龄人,高职护生的心理问题较本科护生为重,故应重视和加强心理卫生知识宣传,为护理教育工作者和临床护理管理者制订心理健康保健措施提供科学的依据。
Purpese： Learning about the mental health status of undergraduates and professional students in the University City of Chongqing to provide basis in the mental health education. Methods - testing the mental health status of 150 undergraduates and professional students by adopting self- evaluation scale （SCL-90）. Result： The total average score of the students whose incidence rate of mental barrier is 26.5 % is obviously higher than norm in the young over the country, Conclusion：The mental barrier of undergraduates and especially for professional students in the University City of Chongqing is more serious than that of the contempararies, so we should pay attention to and strengthen the propaganda of mental hygiene knowledge to provide scientific basis for establishing mental health hygienic measures to teachers engaged in nursing education and supervisors engaged in clinical nursing activity.
