摘要
我国高校科研管理人员管理水平整体不高的现象一直都存在，科研管理水平的高低对于科研水平的发展起着至关重要的影响作用。随着国家对于高校科研投入的不断增加，科研管理人员的管理水平也亟需提升。就科研管理人员应该提升的几个管理能力进行了简单分析和探讨。
It has been a long time that the skill of management personnel of scientific research in colleges and universities is low nationwide; however, that skill is crucial for the development of scientific research. With more investments in scientific research from government, the skill of management personnel of scientific re- search is necessary to improve as well. This paper discusses and analyzes that several capacities need to be enhanced for management personnel.
