摘要
铝铸轧带坯上表面夹渣严重影响铝板带材质量。分析发现,铸嘴尺寸和结构不合理,前箱液面高度不稳定,带坯上下板面凝固结晶差异等是形成带坯上表面夹渣的主要原因。通过优化铸嘴尺寸和结构,稳定控制前箱液面高度等措施,在生产中取得了较好效果。
Surface slag severely affects the quality of aluminium cast-rolling strip. The main factors of slag is related to size and irrational structure of nozzle, unstable liquid height of tundish and crystalline differences between surfaces of cast-rolling strip. It achieved good results by optimizing size and structures of nozzle, stable height of tundish.
