摘要
资源分解结构(Resources Break up Structure)作为资本化项目资源,准确估算并控制项目成本有着前瞻性的支持作用。文中在传统资源分解结构的构建过程中引入模糊数据统计(Statistics of Fuzzy Data)方法,优化了分解结构的过程,利用模糊众数和模糊权重修正资源结构的分解结果,使得它较准确地为工作分解结构(Work Break upStructure)提供乘积元素。并通过制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System)的研发过程为例,证明了优化活动的有效性。
As an effective support tool, Resources Break up Structure can capitalize project resources, accurate estimate and control project cost. In this paper, Statistics of Fuzzy Data been used in the process of traditional Resources Break up Structure construction. This method optimize the process of structure resolve, using Fuzzy Sample Mode and Fuzzy Weight amend the results of resources structure resolve, make it more accurate for Work Break up Structure to provide the product elements. Through the R&D process of Manufacturing Execution System as an example, prove the effectiveness of optimize events.
