摘要
指出研究制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)可靠性增长的必要性,建立了MES可靠性模型;利用AMSAA模型,结合某MES可靠性增长试验中收集的数据,估算出系统目前的可靠性指标,对系统进行可靠性增长分析。研究结果表明,该模型能正确拟合实际可靠性增长过程,所研究的MES已经稳定运行。
The necessary of reliability growth study on Manufacturing Execution System(MES) was proposed,also the reliability model for MES was put forward,according to Army Material Systems Analysis Activity(AMSAA) model,using the dates from a MES reliability growth testing,the reliability indexes for this system was worked out,then the analysis of reliability growth was made.The case shows that this model can well match the real reliability growth process and the MES studied works steadily.
