摘要 教师专业化建设问题,其实质是教师知识结构专业化和不断优化问题。教育改革的成败与开发和实施课程的主体——教师的知识结构优化与专业素养提高休戚相关。而现有教师的知识结构已难以满足教育改革的要求,随着我国教育改革的不断深入,教师队伍的知识结构暴露出种种不适应的问题。教师知识将面临新的问题和挑战。本文从教师知识研究入手,提出了教师知识结构的理论模型,并对教师知识优化的途径进行了初步探讨。 The construction of teacher professionalism and its essence is the knowledge structure of teacher professionalism and continuous optimization problems. The success or failure of educational reform and development and implementation of the main courses for teachers lie in ways of optimizing the knowledge structure to enhance solidarity and professionalism. It has been difficult for the existing knowledge structure of teachers to meet the requirements of education reform, with the constant deepening of China's education, the knowledge structure of teachers revealed a variety of issues which are not suitable. Knowledge teachers will face new problems and challenges. This paper, starting from teachers' knowledge, puts forward the theory model of teacher knowledge structure, and point out the preliminary study of ways to optimize teachers' knowledge.
