摘要
社会转型时期,新旧制度碰撞,我国农村纠纷呈现新的特点。农村纠纷对我国社会主义新农村建设产生重大影响,要保证我国社会主义新农村建设顺利进行,需要结合社会转型时期我国农村纠纷的新特点,从预防、处理、善后三个阶段着手建立和完善我国农村纠纷的解决机制。
In the period of social transformation, due to the conflict of the old system and new system, disputes in rural area of our country take on new characteristics. Disputes in rural area have a great influence on building of a new socialist countryside. To make building of a new socialist countryside of our country go smoothly, we should combine the new characteristics of disputes in rural area of our country in the period of social transformation and establish and improve the settling mechanism of disputes in rural area in terms of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
