摘要
介绍了离子色谱法测定茶叶中常见阴离子的方法,测定了有代表性的几种绿茶与乌龙茶叶的F-,Cl-,NO3-,SO42-的浓度,同时做精密度和准确度实验。4种离子的精密度分别为4.6%,6.3%,7.5%和9.5%,准确度为92.6%,96.1%,91.5%和94.7%。
The determination of common anion in teas by ion chromatograph was developed, and the concentrations of F^,Cl^-,NO3^-,SO4^2- in common green teas and oolong teas were determined. Relative standard deviations and degree of accuracy were determined. Relative standard deviation was 4.6% ,6.3% ,7.5% and 9.5% respectively,and the degree of accuracy was 92.6%,96.1%,91.5% and 94.7% respectively.
