摘要
教师在全英教学中的主导作用是不言而喻的,其教育能力直接关系到全英教学的效果。通过对全英授课教师和学生的实际调查和访谈,着眼于教师本身的资格、知识、技能、经验、培训、关系等能力指标展开深入研究,为全英授课教师能力的提升提供一定的参考依据。
It is impossible to deny that teachers play important role in teaching of immersion English, teacher's abilities decides teaching effectiveness. This paper studies set of dimensions, such as qualification, knowledge, skills, experience, training, relations by observation and questionnaires, provides references for improving teacher's ability to give lessons with immersion English.
