半导体激光预防根管治疗诊间疼痛的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 根管治疗是口腔临床中用于治疗牙髓病和根尖周病的基本方法。由于根管系统特别是磨牙根管系统的多变、复杂,以及肉眼无法看到等特点,尤其是中老年人的牙髓腔及根管的增龄性变化.使临床医师普遍认为根管内的治疗难度大,技术要求高,质量控制困难。
