摘要
数字媒体技术和计算机网络技术的发展,为构建我国教育教学资源平台奠定了良好的基础。如何利用数字媒体技术和计算机网络技术为教育教学发展服务,本文提出了建立我国教育教学资源在数字信息系统框架下的构建与整合的设想,以便使我国教育教学资源合理分类、合理分配、合理使用、合理共享、充分发挥其最大功效。
It is obvious that there must be a first-class technical support. The development of digital media technology and computer network technology has established a good foundation for China＇s edu- cation and teaching resources platform. How to make full use of digital media technology and computer network technology for the development of China＇s education and teaching resources building, we put forward the assumption for the structure and integration of China＇s education and teaching resources which based on the framework of data systems. Therefore it gets to a way that the country＇s education and teaching resources classified, allotted, used and shared in reason, and give full play to their maximum effectiveness.
