摘要
论述了数字化参考咨询服务的含义和服务方式,结合调查,指出了我国高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务存在的问题,并提出了解决方法和措施。
This paper discussed the connotations and modes of digital reference service, and connecting with the investigation, points out the problems existing in digital reference service of university library, puts forward some methods for solving these problems.
