摘要
本文对鸡正常蛋和软壳蛋的蛋壳和壳膜进行了电子显微镜观察,并比较了正常蛋和软壳蛋的组织结构,分析了软壳蛋的产生原因。
In this experiment, the egg shell and shell membrane of the normal ana weak egg were studied with scanning electron microscope, while the structure of the normal and weak egg was compared, and the reasons o拢 producing weak egg were discussed.
