摘要
当前,随着经济结构调整的进一步推进,国有企业改革的不断深化,非公有制经济的迅速发展,经济关系、劳动关系日趋复杂多变,工会组织的维权工作面临着一系列新的课题和挑战。新形势下,要创新发展工会的维权工作,必须注重提升维权水平,要在深化"四个理念"上下功夫。
At present, ＂along with the process of adjustment of economic structure, the reform of SOEs and the rapid development of non - public owned economy, labor relations in China have become more and more complex. The protection work of trade unions meets with a series of problems and challenges. Under the new situations, trade unions must pay attention to promote and to innovate trade union＇ s work of protecting labor rights and interests.
