摘要
大型体育场馆的政府单一供给模式已经无法满足社会对其多层次的需求,其市场化供给势在必行。采用文献资料等研究方法就大型体育场馆市场化供给的内涵进行研究,并对其必要性和可行性进行分析,认为大型体育场馆市场化供给的主体可以是政府、市场、第三部门或者它们之间的联合,提出政府主导、市场参与、第三部门补充应是我国大型体育场馆供给的可行性模式,并分析了各个主体在场馆市场化供给中的角色和职能。
The govemment-supplied mode of large stadiums and gymnasiums cannot meet the multi-layer needs of society, so it is necessary for market-oriented supply. By the method of literature review, the paper studies the content of marketoriented supply and analyzes its necessity and feasibility. Then it points out the ideal mode should be the govemment guided, the market participated and the third department supplemented, and their roles and function in supply of large stadiums and gymnasiums are analyzed.
