摘要
【目的】探讨幼儿园儿童行为问题发生特征及家庭环境对行为的影响。【方法】选用Achenbach儿童行为量表、家庭环境量表对330名幼儿园儿童进行评定,针对性别进行行为问题的比较,根据是否发生行为问题将被试分为行为问题组及正常对照组,进行家庭环境的比较,并进一步应用Logistic回归分析家庭环境对行为问题产生的影响。【结果】①330名幼儿园儿童被试中,行为问题检出率为24.85%,男童的检出率(21.43%)低于女童(28.40%)(χ2=2.891,P>0.05);②男童行为问题的前三位因子为攻击、抑郁、违纪,女童为多动、分裂、肥胖。女童的分裂性得分显著高于男童(χ2=16.378,P<0.01);③家庭环境评分中,行为问题组的矛盾性得分显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),知识性得分显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);④家庭环境中矛盾性得分是行为问题发生的危险因素。各项行为因子的危险因素包括亲密度、道德观、情感表达、娱乐性、矛盾性。【结论】幼儿园儿童心理行为问题呈高发趋势,应根据性别制定针对性干预方案;创造良好的家庭环境是减少幼儿园儿童行为问题的重要措施。
[Objective] To investigate the characteristics of behavior problems and the effects of family environment on behavior problems in kindergarten children. [Methods] A questionnaire survey (include CBCL and FES)was conducted among 330 children in kindergarten, and the results of behavior problems would be compared between gender, and the hole subject would be divided into two groups for contrast( problem group and control group) through having behavior problems or not,and the results would be compared on family environment and to explore the effects of family environment on behavior using logistic regression analysis. [Results] The occurrence rate of all subjects was 24.85% (male 21.43%, female 28.40% ,X^2= 2. 891, P〈0.05); the most seriouse factors among behavior problems were aggressive, depression and violation in discipline in male, hyperactive, schizoidia and fat in female. The score of schizoidia in female was much higher than that in male(X^2 = 16. 378,P〈0.01). In scores of family environment, the score of conflict in problem group was much higher than that in control group(P〈0.05), the score of intellectual-cultural orientation in problem group was much lower than that in control group(P〈0.05) ; the score of conflict in FES was the risk factor of the occurrence of behavior problem, the risk factors of all behavior problem factors included cohesion, moral-religious emphasis, expressiveness, active-recreational orientation and conflict. [Conclusions] The occurrence of behavior problem in kindergarten children is in high trend. The intervention should be made differently between male and female. To create a harmony family environment is the important measure to reduce the occurrence of behavior problems in kindergarten children.
