摘要
目的:研制具有良好释放度的重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶剂,并考察其体外释放度。方法:以与皮肤耦合良好的卡波姆为基质,以丙二醇、薄荷脑为透皮吸收促进剂制成重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶剂;采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体家兔皮肤为透皮屏障,在562nm波长处测定干扰素α-2b凝胶剂中药物释放量。结果:重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶剂外观呈半透明状;10h体外透皮累积释药量平均为54.16%。结论:所制备的凝胶剂具有良好的体外药物释放度。
OBJECTIVE To prepare recombinant human interferon α- 2b gel which would have a good release in vitro. The releas of the gel was studied. METHODS The recombinant human interferon α-2b gel was prepared with carbomer which coupled good with skin as the main matrix, with pylene glycol and mentholun as penetratuion enhancers. The recombinant human interferon α- 2b gel was dealt with isolated rabbit skin for transdermal barrier by the improved Franz diffusion cell and the conent of interferon α-2b was determined at the 562 nm. RESULTS The appearance of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel was translucent. The in vitro accumulative release drug passing through skin was 54. 16% for 10 h. CONCLUSION The drug release of the gel in vitro is good.
