摘要
目的:制备奥硝唑凝胶剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法:以卡波姆-940为基质制备奥硝唑凝胶荆,采用一阶导数光谱法测定凝胶剂中奥硝唑的含量。结果:奥硝唑在8～80μg·ml-1范围内与峰谷间振幅值(D)呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:D=1．33 × 10-3C+1．44×10-3,r=0．999 9(n=3),平均回收率为100．71％,RSD为0．89％(n=7)。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,性质稳定,质量可控。
Objective： To prepare ornidazole gel and establish a quality control standard. Method： Carbomer 940 was used as matrix for preparation of ornidazole gel. The content of ornidazole was determined by first order derivative spectrophotometry. Result： The ornidazole presented a good linear correlation in the range of 8-80 μg·ml^-1 The regression equation was as follows： D = 1.33 × 10^ -3 ＋ 1.44 × 10^-3 （ r = 0.999 9, n = 3 ）. The average recovery was 100.71% （ RSD = 0.89% ）. Conclusion ： The technology of preparation is simple, stable and non -irritative. The quality can be controlled.
