S-CpGODN对结核病防治作用的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察S-CpGODN对肺结核病人外周血单个核细胞Th1/Th2型免疫反应的影响。方法:20例活动性肺结核病人和20例健康人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)各分为4份,分别用RPMI1640,PPD,S-CpGODN,S-CpGODN+PPD培养48h。用real-time PCR检测PBMC的IFN-γmRNA、IL-10 mRNA和IL-12 mRNA表达。结果:S-CpGODN能促进肺结核病人PBMC表达IFN-γ mRNA,但不影响IL-10 mRNA表达;同时S-CpGODN也可促进肺结核病人PBMC表达IL-12 mRNA。结论:S-CpGODN可增强结核病人低下的Th1型免疫反应,抑制结核菌抗原诱导的Th2型免疫反应。
