Kinetic Study of n-Heptane Isomerization over Pt/Ga_2O_3/WO_3/ZrO_2 Catalyst

摘要 在固定床微反应器上,研究了Ga对Pt/Ga2O3/WO3/ZrO2(Pt/GWZ)催化剂上正庚烷异构化反应性能的促进作用。在433~463K、正庚烷液体空速0.5~4h-1、氢/正庚烷摩尔比5~20范围内,研究了Pt/1.0GWZ和Pt/WZ催化剂上正庚烷异构化反应动力学。结果表明,引入适量Ga提高了催化剂对正庚烷异构化反应的催化活性,以及异构化产物中多支链异庚烷与单支链异庚烷的比值。Pt/1.0GWZ和Pt/WZ催化剂上正庚烷异构化反应对于正庚烷均为一级,H2反应级数分别为-1.4和-0.9,表观活化能分别为1.0717×105J·mol-1和1.2957×105J·mol-1。研究分别得出了用Pt/1.0GWZ和Pt/WZ两种催化剂时正庚烷异构化反应的动力学方程。 The effects of gallium on the isomerization reaction of n-heptane over Pt/Ga203/WO3/ZrO2 catalyst were investigated in a fixed-bed micro-reactor with the experimental conditions in following ranges: temperature from 433 to 463 K, LHSV from 0.5 to 4 h-1 and H2/n-heptane feed molar ratio from 5 to 20. Based on the experimental study on the kinetics of n-heptane isomerization, the reaction orders versus hydrogen pressure and n-heptane pressure and the apparent activation energy values for n-heptane isomerization over Pt/1.0GWZ and Pt/WZ catalysts were determined. The experiments show that the ratio of mutibranched i-heptane to monbranched i-heptane in the product of isomerization increases with the addition of Ga into the Pt/WZ catalyst. The found hydrogen reaction orders over Pt/1.0GWZ and Pt/WZ catalysts are -1.4 and -0.9, respectively, and the reaction orders versus n-heptane over Pt/1.0GWZ and Pt/WZ catalysts are equal to 1. The apparent activation energy for n-heptane isomerization over Pt/I.0GWZ and Pt/WZ catalysts are 1.0717× 10^5 J.mol-1 and 1.2957 × 10^5 J.mo1-1, respectively. Thereby the corresponding kinetic equations for the i somerization of n-heptane over Pt/1.0GWZ and Pt/WZ catalysts were obtained.
