摘要
采用新型分子筛醚化催化剂(E-01)在固定床反应器中进行了催化裂化轻汽油和甲醇醚化反应,研究了反应条件对叔碳烯烃转化率的影响,与Hβ和D005型阳离子交换树脂催化剂醚化活性进行了对比,并对该催化剂的稳定性和再生性能进行了考察。结果表明,在温度70℃、压力0.8MPa、空速1h-1、n(甲醇)/n(叔碳烯烃)=1.1的反应条件下,叔碳烯烃转化率可达57.68%。E-01催化剂的醚化活性高于Hβ而与D005型阳离子交换树脂醚化催化剂相当,稳定性好于Hβ和D005型阳离子交换树脂醚化催化剂。通过烧焦再生,失活E-01催化剂的醚化活性可以完全恢复。
A novel molecular sieve catalyst (E-01) for etherification was applied in etherification of FCC light gasoline in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of reaction condition on percent conversion of tertiary carbon olefins were studied. The etherification activity of E-01 was compared with Hβ molecular sieve and D005 cation exchange rein catalyst. The stability and regenerative performance of E-01 were investigated. The results show that at the optimal reaction condition: temperature is 70°C, pressure is 0.8 MPa, space velocity is 1 h-1, n (methanol)/n (tertiary carbon olefins) = 1.1, the conversion of tertiary carbon olefins reaches 57.68%. The etherification activity of E-01 is equivalent to D005 cation exchange rein and higher than that of Hβ molecular sieve, more stable than that of Hβ molecular sieve and D005 cation exchange rein catalyst. The etherification activity of the deactivated E-01 catalyst can be completely recovered by coke-burning regeneration.
