从如何开展设计性实验项目、本科生参预教师的科研课题和理论学习与实践创作等角度,探讨在基础医学教育阶段,进行医学生科研素质、创新意识和协作与团队精神的培养。
This paper explored on the experiences and the culturing styles for the initiative and ability of medicine students, in the views of designing tests, absorbing students into teachers' researching team, combining the theory Study with experiences and practice.
