摘要
片面共犯的概念和片面共犯的构成要件是片面共犯理论的重要组成部分。文章通过对片面共犯的概念界定和构成要件的探析,进一步肯定了片面共犯不同于单独犯,更不能等同于间接正犯,应视为共同犯罪的一种特殊形态。
The concept of one-sided accomplice and the accomplice of the one-sided elements is a one-sided theory of an accomplice an important part. Through one-sided definition of the concept of an accomplice and the elements of the further affirmed different from the one-sided accomplice guilty of a separate, much less the same as is being indirect, should be regarded as a common form of a special crime.
