摘要
目的探讨中医治疗抑郁症的规范化研究。方法本文通过对近10年抑郁症研究文献回顾,报道了不同方面研究抑郁症的文献数量,并从10个方面整理论述。为了探讨抑郁症发病的一般规律及中医诊治抑郁症的规律性设计“中医治疗抑郁症的诊疗方案规范化研究调查表”,对天津市6家医院的60位专家,进行了问卷调查。结果调查结果显示,目前中医治疗抑郁症已被临床认可。并对作者在临床治疗抑郁症的临床资料进行总结和报告了体会。结论初步建立抑郁症中医诊断疗效指标体系及操作规范,介绍了中医治疗抑郁症的数据库的内容。提出了对于中医药诊治抑郁症目前存在的问题及对未来的展望。
Objective To approach the standard resreach on traditional chinese medicine （TCM）treating depression. Methods By reviewing the documents on the study of depression in the past 10 years,this dissertation reports the number of documents on depression studied by different angles and it also carries out arrangement and discussion from 10 aspects. In order to explore the general rule of the incidence of depression and TCM treating depression, then design ＇ standardized questionnaire of TMC treating depression＇ , and conduct a survey to 60 experts from 6 hospitals of Tianjin. Results The survey results indicate clinical treatment of depression via TCM has been approved currently. It also summed up the author＇s clinical data on treatment of depression and reported the comprehend. Conclusion To establish initially the efficacy indicator system and operational norms of TCM treating depression, introduce database content, propose the existing problems and future vision of TCM treating depression.
