摘要 目的研究在福尔马林致炎的急性疼痛应激状态下SD大鼠胃及颌下腺组织膜联蛋白5(annexin 5)表达的影响。方法单侧后足底皮下注射0.2 m l 5%福尔马林溶液,建立SD大鼠的急性疼痛应激模型,对照组注射等量的生理盐水,分别取对照组和应激组SD大鼠胃及颌下腺组织通过western b lot分析急性应激状态下大鼠胃及颌下腺组织annexin 5表达的变化。结果在急性疼痛应激状态下,1 h和72 h组胃组织annexin 5表达水平与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而6 h和24h组annexin 5表达水平显著升高(P<0.01);1 h和24 h组颌下腺组织annexin 5表达水平与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而6 h和72 h组显著升高(P<0.01);结论annexin 5参与了胃及颌下腺对急性疼痛应激的反应,急性疼痛可能通过annexin 5影响胃及颌下腺的功能。 Objective To study the expression of annexin Ⅴ in the stomach and submandibular gland of SD rat after acute pain stress induced by formalin. Methods The acute pain stress model was established by subcutaneously injecting rats with 2 ml 5% formalin at plantar surface of the left hindpaw and the control group was injected with isochoric saline. The expression of annexin Ⅴ in the stomachs and submandibular glands of the stress and control groups was analyzed by Western blotting. Results In the stomach, compared with those of annexinⅤ in the controls, the expressions at 1 h and 72 h after injection of formalin had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05), whereas those at 6 h and 24 h significantly increased (P 〈0.01 ). In the submandibular gland,the expressions at 1 h and 24 h showed no difference between two groups (P 〉0.05) ,whereas the expressions at 6 h and 72 h in the experimental group enhanced markedly compared to those in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Annexin Ⅴ participates in the response of stomach and submandibular gland to acute pain stress induced by formalin and the acute pain may influence on them through annexin Ⅴ.
