摘要
目的:建立同时测定飞龙掌血中茴芹香豆素与异茴芹香豆素的含量测定方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为DiamonsilTM(钻石)ODSC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(20:80),流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长270nm。结果:茴芹香豆素与异茴芹香豆素分别在0.00392～0.0627mg·mL-1和0.00368～0.0589mg·mL-1线性关系良好,r分别为0.9995和0.9995,平均回收率分别为99.1%和96.4%,RSD均小于3.0%。结论:方法快速,准确,可以用于飞龙掌血药材的质量控制。
Objective：To develop a method for the determination of Pimpinelliand of isopimpineU in root of Toddalia asiatica.Methods ： An HPLC method has been developed to determine Pimpinelli and isopimpinell on DiamonsilTMODs C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）column with the mobile phase of consisting of 20% （v/v） acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the UV detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results ： Linearities of Pimpinelli and isopimpinell were good in the ranges of 0.00392-0.0627mg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 5 ）and 0.00368-0.0589 mg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 5 ）, respectively. The average recoveries of pimpinelli and isopimpinell were 99.1% and 96.4% with RSD less than 3.0%. Conclusion ： The method can be used to control the quality of toddalia asiatica.
